The Bridport Walking Track is a circuit, multinature walk that links the foreshore, beaches, the Wildflower Reserve, grasslands, ancient forests and the Brid River. The walk is within close proximity to the village of Bridport thereby creating a single accessible and unique walking experience of significant natural beauty. Whether you complete the whole circuit, or just a small section, take the time to enjoy the beauty and tranquility offered by the special micro-environments that are part of the walk. The beaches on the History-Foreshore section are private, safe, sheltered, secluded and each offers a unique swimming experience. There are sweeping vistas of mountains to the East and South, glimpses of the hinterland, as well as the pristine golden sands of Anderson Bay on parts of the River-Forest and Wildflower Reserve sections. The Brid River is a riparian reserve created to provide public access to water courses and to protect native flora and fragile wetlands. The Bridport Walking Track is a special unforgettable place for all to experience.
